Senior Officer, Claim ( Internal Adjuster)

In this internal adjuster role, you take ownership of the end-to-end claims process, ensuring that every assessment is accurate, compliant, and delivered with empathy to our policyholders. Your work directly upholds the trust our clients place in us during critical moments.

You will investigate and evaluate claims across multiple lines of business, from motor to property and casualty. This means reviewing documentation, inspecting damages, interviewing relevant parties, and making informed decisions on liability and settlement amounts. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential, as each claim requires careful cross-referencing of policy terms and local regulations.

Collaboration is a daily part of the role. You will work closely with brokers, agents, and external vendors, as well as internal underwriting and actuarial teams, to resolve complex cases and prevent fraud. Your ability to communicate findings clearly and negotiate settlements professionally will be key to maintaining strong relationships and controlling loss ratios.

We are looking for someone with a few years of hands-on claims experience, ideally within a general insurance environment. You should be comfortable interpreting policy wordings, managing your own caseload, and using claims management systems. Certification from the Lao Insurance Association or similar professional body is a strong advantage.
