Senior Processing Engineering

Xekong Power Plant Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Processing Engineering professional to lead and optimize complex operational workflows at one of Laos's key power generation facilities. In this role, you will be directly responsible for overseeing the technical performance of processing systems, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and electronics components operate at peak efficiency. Your work will involve managing engineering projects from conception through commissioning, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that enhance plant reliability and output.

You will serve as the primary technical authority on processing systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues that impact production targets. This includes developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, conducting root cause analyses, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Your expertise will be critical in managing the integration of new technologies and equipment, ensuring seamless alignment with existing infrastructure and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to align engineering solutions with broader organizational goals. You will also mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
