Maintain strong working relationships with Department of Meteorology, Lao Red Cross, disaster authorities
Embed child-centered, disability-inclusive and gender-responsive approaches throughout delivery
Understand and conduct per Child Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct
Report suspicions of child abuse
Develop and maintain detailed activity work plans and implementation schedules
Ensure activities remain on track against agreed timelines and milestones
Flag delays early and propose corrective action
