Senior Warehouse Staff

As a Senior Warehouse Staff member, you will take a leadership role in managing daily inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring that all storage areas are organized and compliant with safety standards. Your work directly supports project timelines and operational continuity, making you a key contributor to the company’s success.

You will oversee a small team of warehouse assistants, guiding them on best practices for stock handling, documentation, and equipment use. Your attention to detail will be critical in conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records in our inventory system. By identifying process improvements and training junior staff, you will help raise the overall efficiency and quality of the warehouse function.

We are looking for someone with at least three years of warehouse or logistics experience and a solid understanding of inventory management principles. Strong communication skills in Lao and basic English are essential, as is familiarity with warehouse management software. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key to thriving in this role.
