You will handle recruitment activities from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding, while also supporting broader administrative and HR functions. Your responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with department heads on staffing needs, and assisting with compensation and benefits processes. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth workflows and a positive candidate experience. To succeed, you should have solid experience in recruitment or HR administration, ideally within a fast-paced industry. Familiarity with local labour regulations and compensation practices is important. You are proactive, communicative, and comfortable working with diverse teams across all levels.
