Supervisor - CAF Plant

The Supervisor role within the CAF Plant sits at the heart of daily production activity, ensuring that processing operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day functions of the CAF Plant, managing a team of operators and technicians to maintain consistent output and quality. You will monitor equipment performance, coordinate shift handovers, and ensure that all plant activities comply with established operating procedures. When issues arise, you will be expected to respond quickly, assess the situation clearly, and direct your team toward effective solutions with minimal disruption to production.

A key part of your responsibility will be maintaining a safe working environment for everyone on site. You will conduct regular checks, reinforce safety protocols, and ensure your team is properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties. Accurate reporting and clear communication with management and other departments will also be central to how you operate in this role.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in a minerals processing or industrial plant environment, along with demonstrated ability to lead a team under pressure. Familiarity with CAF or related processing systems is an advantage, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset will serve you well in this setting.
