Key Responsibilities ຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບຫລັກ: Provide on the job training to Lao maintenance technicians when performing daily scheduled and unplanned maintenance activities Carry out diagnostics on equipment breakdowns and whilst doing so, train the Lao technicians about proper diagnostic procedures. Monitor and evaluate the team’s technical skills while performing repairs/maintenance to identify and provide immediate corrective actions  Prepare basic Standard Operating Procedures related to repairs, work safety standards, diagnostics procedures, proper hand-tools usage, correct usage of special tools, tool room and hand tools management.
