Trainer - Processing

Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company is one of Laos’ leading mining operations, and the Trainer - Processing role sits right at the heart of how we build capability across our processing teams. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering hands-on training programs that enable our workforce to operate safely and efficiently within our mineral processing environment.

Your work will directly support the development of both new and existing team members, ensuring they have the technical skills and process knowledge needed to maintain high production standards. You will collaborate closely with shift supervisors and department heads to identify skill gaps, customise training materials, and assess competency through practical assessments and on-the-job coaching.

You bring a solid background in mining or heavy industrial processing, combined with a passion for teaching and continuous improvement. Your ability to communicate clearly in Lao and English, along with your understanding of processing plant equipment and procedures, will be essential in translating complex operational concepts into accessible learning experiences.
