Training for CSO

Plan International began operating in Laos in 2007 to advance childrens rights and equality for girls. Working together with children, young people, supporters and partners, Plan International strives for a just world where all are equal. The organisation supports vulnerable children and adolescents, especially girls and young women, to ensure they are equally valued by society, healthy, knowledgeable, and able to decide on matters that affect them. Key programme areas include increased access to sanitation and health services, sustained quality education for disadvantaged children, support for adolescent leadership and decision-making, and improved economic skills and employment conditions for young people. Plan International operates in Bokeo, Luang Prabang, Oudomxay, Saravan, Vientiane Province, and Vientiane Capital.
