Chaleun Sekong Energy Co., Ltd is seeking a Water Resources Head Section Manager to lead and oversee the financial stewardship of our water resource projects. This role is central to ensuring that our operations remain compliant, efficient, and financially sound, directly supporting the company’s commitment to sustainable energy development in Laos. You will take ownership of the full financial lifecycle for the water resources department, from budgeting and reporting to audit readiness. As the Water Resources Head Section Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, tax filings, and credit control processes. Your expertise in taxation and audit will be critical in navigating local regulatory requirements and ensuring all financial records meet the highest standards of accuracy and transparency. A professional accounting qualification and fluency in Lao and English are essential.
