You’ll also contribute to customer support and business development by identifying trends, nurturing repeat clientele, and supporting special orders or events that grow our reach in the community. We are looking for someone with a natural talent for conversation and persuasion, who can balance genuine care for customers with a goal-oriented approach to sales. Prior experience in retail or client-facing roles is valued, but more important is your willingness to learn about fine jewelry and our heritage as a trusted local name.
