We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following position: Position: Business Development and Marketing Executive   Responsibility: Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers Promote the Bank’s products and services including loans, deposits, trade finance, cash management, treasury and e-banking solutions Conduct basic financial analysis and customer assessments Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities Support smooth onboarding and handover of new customers Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC and Bank policies Track sales pipeline and achieve business targets  Requirements: Degree or professional qualification in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing within the banking industry Knowledge of banking products and credit assessment Strong business development and sales skills Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with good negotiation skills   PERKS AND BENEFITS Among our benefits are: Competitive salary packages Comprehensive medical and dental coverage Attractive staff loan schemes and various allowances Access to training programs for continuous staff development   Interested candidates must be Lao Citizens.
