CAD Operator (Quanlty Survey)

Your work will directly support the accurate planning and cost management of our civil and structural projects, ensuring that design data is translated into reliable measurements and material estimates. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical drawings and on-site execution, helping us maintain both quality and budgetary control.

You will collaborate closely with engineers and surveyors to produce precise CAD drawings and take-offs from architectural and structural plans. Your responsibilities will involve updating digital models, generating quantity schedules, and verifying dimensions to support tender submissions and procurement processes. Accuracy and a methodical approach are essential, as your work will form the basis for material orders and project cost reports.

To succeed here, you should have a solid understanding of civil and structural construction methods, combined with proficiency in CAD software and quantity surveying principles. Experience in reading complex drawings and working to tight deadlines will help you integrate quickly. A background in the Lao construction industry is an advantage.
