Internal External Job Advertisement NTPC is currently looking for motivated and qualified candidates interested in the following position: Position:  Civil Work Technician Workplace:  Sangkeo Village, Gnommalath District, Khammouane Province Application Submission Deadline:   18 July 2026   Job Purpose: The Civil Work Technician is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining civil structures and related assets to ensure their safety, reliability, and long-term integrity. The role includes preventive maintenance, contractor supervision, defect identification, and support for flood management activities in compliance with NTPC safety and operational procedures.   Key Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect civil structures, dams, and related facilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities Supervise contractors and ensure work quality and safety compliance Conduct routine monitoring tours and visual inspections Identify defects, risks, and recommend corrective actions Prepare maintenance reports and maintain records in SAP, Panda, and Archer Support flood management operations during rainy season Conduct transmission tower inspections and surveys Follow QHSE policies, safety procedures, and daily work plans Competency Requirements:   Diploma in Civil Structure, Road, Irrigation Construction, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction or maintenance Knowledge of civil structure monitoring and preventive maintenance Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to use SAP, Panda, Archer, and basic AutoCAD Good in English, Good problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit your cover letter, CV, education, and employment certificate to this link:   https://hr.namtheun2.com/jobportal
