As the Dealer Development Manager, you will directly shape the company’s market presence by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing dealer partners who align with our vision for quality and service. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through strategic business development, building lasting relationships with dealers, and ensuring they have the support needed to succeed. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to develop tailored business plans, monitor performance, and implement initiatives that boost both revenue and customer satisfaction. This involves regular travel to dealer locations to assess needs, provide training, and resolve challenges. You will also analyze market trends and dealer feedback to refine our sales and development strategies, helping the company stay competitive in a dynamic environment.
