You will lead the development of our distributor partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to perform at their best. You will be the bridge between our company and the independent businesses that carry our portfolio, building relationships that are both profitable and sustainable. Your day-to-day involves field visits to assess performance, resolving operational challenges, and negotiating terms that work for both sides. You will collaborate closely with internal sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and accurate demand forecasting. Every decision you make has a direct impact on route-to-market efficiency and revenue growth. We are looking for someone with solid experience in sales, business development, and customer service management. You know how to analyze a distributor’s operation and identify what needs to change to lift sales and service levels.
