At Lao Brewery Company Limited, one of the country’s leading beverage producers, the DMS Administration role is the backbone of efficient sales operations. You will ensure the seamless functioning of the Dealer Management System, enabling real-time visibility into sales data, distribution channels, and inventory performance. This position directly supports the sales and business development teams, helping them make informed decisions that keep products flowing to customers across Laos. Your daily work involves managing system data, coordinating with dealers and field teams, troubleshooting issues, and generating reports that track sales trends and channel effectiveness. You will be the key link between technical system functionality and practical sales administration needs, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all transactions and records. Your attention to detail will minimize errors and optimize route-to-market operations. To succeed, you bring experience in sales administration or distribution management, coupled with practical skills in data entry and system maintenance. Familiarity with dealer management or inventory systems is an advantage, along with strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and dealer networks.
