Banana Tech Co., Ltd is looking for a Helpdesk Service Center Officer to be the first point of contact for our customers and a key driver of our service and sales efforts. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, resolve technical and service-related issues, and identify opportunities to introduce new solutions that meet customer needs, directly contributing to the growth of our business. Your work will ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. You will manage a steady flow of calls and messages, troubleshooting problems efficiently while maintaining a calm and solution-focused approach. Beyond support, you will actively engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges, offering relevant products or services that add value. This blend of service and business development requires strong listening skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance empathy with clear guidance. Your day-to-day will involve logging and tracking cases, following up on resolutions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes. You will also support sales initiatives by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to team targets, and helping refine our approach to customer engagement. Success here means being organized, adaptable, and genuinely interested in helping others succeed. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, sales, or business development, and a comfort with fast-paced environments.
