Junior Sales Manager

MAXIM LAOS Co.,Ltd is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the local market. In this role, you will support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies that align with our company goals. You will work closely with the Business Development and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction. This position involves coordinating sales activities, preparing reports, and assisting in the execution of sales plans. It offers a practical hands-on experience in sales management while giving you exposure to the full sales cycle.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of sales and customer service principles. A background in business development or sales management is preferred. Your ability to build rapport and solve problems will be key to your success here.
