Lao Tobacco Limited is one of the country’s most established names in the tobacco industry, and we are looking for a Sales Representative based in Oudomxay to strengthen our presence in the northern region. In this role, you will be the face of our company to retailers and distributors, ensuring our products are well-stocked, well-promoted, and well-supported across the province. Your work will directly impact market share and brand loyalty in a competitive landscape. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, including visiting retail outlets, negotiating trade terms, and building long-term relationships with key accounts. A big part of your role involves identifying new business opportunities and working with distributors to expand distribution networks. You will also handle customer service issues, ensuring that any feedback or concerns from retailers are addressed quickly and professionally. We are looking for someone with a solid background in sales, business development, and customer service, ideally within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry. If you are comfortable working independently in the field, know how to manage your time effectively, and have a keen eye for business growth, this role will suit you well. Experience with sales management processes and territory planning will be a strong advantage.
