As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance team, plan preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues as they arise. You’ll inspect machinery, coordinate repairs, and maintain records to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. We value hands-on experience and practical problem-solving, so you will spend as much time on the floor as in planning.
