Marketing and Communication Executive

Fina Deposit Taking Microfinance Institution is a trusted name in Laos’s financial inclusion space, and we are looking for a Marketing and Communication Executive to help more people understand how our services can empower their financial futures. In this role, you will be the voice of Fina, shaping how we connect with current and potential clients through clear, compelling stories across print, digital, and community channels.

You will take the lead on developing and executing communication strategies that build brand awareness and drive engagement. From crafting press releases and social media content to coordinating public relations activities and managing our digital marketing campaigns, your work will directly influence how Fina is perceived in the local market. You will collaborate closely with our product and operations teams to ensure every message aligns with our mission of accessible, responsible microfinance.

This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and structured, with a strong grasp of marketing fundamentals and a passion for making financial services relatable. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze audience insights, and continuously refine our approach to reach underserved communities more effectively. Day-to-day, you can expect to write, design, coordinate events, and measure the impact of your efforts.
