QC Supervisor

The QC Supervisor is responsible to ensure products produced and materials received are in compliance with customer requirements and/or company requirements.  Responsibilities The   QC Supervisor   shall do the following to accomplish the above.  Support the implementation and ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are put into practice on a permanent basis  Establish QC inspection for incoming material, in process inspection and final inspection  Ensure QC operator’s discipline with regards to inline QC inspection, problem escalation, housekeeping of QC working area and conformity of QC inspection records  Supervision of the laboratory activities  Encourage/Motivate team to follow guiding principle and Support Company’s goal  Anything the Manager deems necessary  Qualification(s)    The QC Supervisor shall have following qualifications:  High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of related work experience  At least 3 years experience in Quality Control  Direct experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 Have a good systematic thinking, analytical skill and adhere to data driven approach  Good in English communication both written, spoken  Ability to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team environment  Computer skill for MS Office  Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001/AS9100 is advantage  Training requirement    The QC Supervisor shall have one of the following training(s):  Quality Policy, system and concept  Safety Policy, working with safety  Product, Chemical Handling  Suggestion System  Internal Auditor  What do we offer Working in a young and internationally operating company with growth perspectives.
