  Technical & Instructor Assistant Job Purpose: Serve as the key contact for resolving complex vehicle quality issues and customer concerns, providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze vehicle quality trends, report findings to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in repair processes, technical standards, and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Provide Technical Repair Support – Assist service centers in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle repair issues through on-site inspections and technical guidance.  Improve Service Operations (Kaizen) – Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best repair practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.  Develop Technician Capabilities – Deliver technical training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing programs to strengthen technicians' skills and performance.  Support Vehicle Quality & Safety Programs – Manage Special Service Campaigns (SSC), investigate vehicle quality concerns, and report defects to support product improvements and customer safety.  Promote Diagnostic & Repair Excellence – Ensure effective use of diagnostic tools, verify repair quality, and improve first-time repair success rates.  Coordinate Technical Projects & Standards – Support technical surveys, dealer technical seminars, National Technical Leader (NTL) initiatives, and other programs that enhance dealer network performance and technical standards. Required knowledge and skills: Diploma in Automotive Technology or a related field.  Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in automotive service centers is an advantage.  Knowledge of vehicle repair and diagnostic processes is preferred.  Basic computer proficiency and English communication skills are an advantage.  Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.  Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in changing environments.
